About This Course

This industry-based short course provides training in High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) for non-surgical skin lifting and tightening of the face, neck, and decolletage. The course covers focused ultrasound physics, tissue depth targeting (SMAS, dermis, superficial dermis), device operation, treatment mapping, client selection criteria, contraindications, and safety protocols. HIFU is one of the most sought-after non-invasive lifting treatments in Australian skin clinics.

This is an industry-based course. It is not a nationally recognised qualification under the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). Participants will receive a certificate of completion from Urban Skin Academy.
